FTP access. Support for Microsoft Frontpage is included, as long as the developer uses no webbot widgets and uploads are done using the FrontPage FTP upload process There are no other forms of access.

Daily traffic report available at http://www.your-domain.com/traffic.html including percentage of traffic allowance used. This page is password protected for the webmaster's use only.

Available disk space and monthly traffic limits are as follows:

There are no a-la-carte services with this plan. No invoices are supplied.

Free technical support is available only by email to service@msen.com.

Technical support via telephone will be charged at $75.00/hour, with a $50.00 minimum charge.

Accounts exceeding their traffic allowance will be disabled until the first of the following month, unless upgraded.

Accounts are either pre-paid by check, or billed to a credit card before the first of the month.

Payment failure will immediately disable the account until resolved.
